  • The term 'wise nutrition' encompasses the philosophy of my practice, Nutrition-Wise Clinic. It carries a dual meaning: firstly, ‘nutrition-wise’ signifies being knowledgeable about nutrition, and secondly, it emphasises the importance of making intelligent dietary decisions aligned with your unique constitution, preferences and sensitivities. This approach draws from the ancient wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the contemporary insights of Naturopathic and Functional Medicine and incorporates overarching principles from Homoeopathy and Herbalism.

  • Each of the programmes spans approximately 12 weeks, starting with the Initial Consultation and providing dedicated support throughout. The distinction lies in the level of support, primarily the frequency of progress-monitoring sessions. The Introductory Programme includes monthly 45-minute online 1:1 sessions. The Intermediate Programme offers bi-weekly 45-60 minute online sessions. The Advanced Package provides the highest level of support and guidance, with weekly 45-60 minute phone and online consultations. All programmes include Weekly Catch-Up emails, Test Results Evaluations and Supplement Recommendations.

  • Any adjustments in your dietary and lifestyle habits may require time to show significant improvements. A minimum of 12 weeks is typically required to observe noticeable changes. This period allows me to monitor your progress and fine-tune the Protocol for optimal support and results.

  • If you are faced with an unforeseen emergency and need to reschedule a session, please notify me as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours before the appointment. This way, we can find an alternative time that works for both of us. If a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the appointment, you risk forfeiting the session. However, I will consider the circumstances and make a decision accordingly in each case.

  • To provide accurate guidance, I would require access to your test results for a comprehensive assessment. If you suspect that your symptoms might be linked to gluten consumption, we can proceed with conducting more targeted tests. These tests are designed to examine a broader range of wheat and gluten-related antigens and help ascertain whether you experience reactions to wheat and other grains containing gluten. Without a thorough understanding of how gluten impacts your system, I cannot confidently advise whether gluten consumption is safe for you.

  • The need for supplements will be determined based on your case history, symptoms and test results. If significant nutrient deficiencies are identified that cannot be effectively addressed through dietary changes alone, supplementation may be recommended. While addressing deficiencies through diet is important, certain cases may require targeted supplementation to achieve desired results within our working timeframe.
