At the core of my practice is the Naturopathic approach, which delves into identifying the underlying causes of health imbalances, taking a holistic view of the body's interconnected systems, i.e., looking at the body as a whole, not the sum of its parts.

My belief is that restoring the body to health is akin to peeling an onion, layer by layer. We will start from the outer 'layer', working together to make simple-to-follow and sustainable dietary and lifestyle changes, at the pace that you are comfortable with. Next, we can 'dig' deeper to explore the potential causes and triggers of your health complaints using functional tests to help pinpoint food sensitivities, inflammation triggers and your gut health status (priced separately), while continuing to adjust your diet and lifestyle to restore your overall wellbeing. If we identify nutrient deficiencies, I can provide guidance on natural supplements to rebalance your body (costs are separate, discounts provided, where available).

Psychologists believe it takes 3 weeks to break an old habit and up to 3 months to create a new habit, so it requires time to see significant improvements in your health. This is why I work in programmes, rather than one-off sessions. This allows us time to fine-tune the protocol and address any set-backs or concerns, so that you can get the outcomes you seek.

As a Health Coach, my role is to support and encourage you on your journey and to help you find motivation to make lasting changes in your life.

I offer a selection of three personalised online Wellness Programmes: Introductory, Intermediate and Advanced. These programmes provide tailored levels of 1:1 support to match your case complexity, needs and budget. Each programme spans around 12 weeks, with the investment starting at £375.
